The Concept

Dipp Photobooth engineered a 3-day Interactive Mosaic Experience powered by our Roamer Booth technology.

Rather than positioning a static booth in one corner, our team actively roamed the venue — bringing the experience directly to attendees throughout the conference.

Each participant:

  • Captured a professional portrait
  • Received a printed mosaic tile
  • Placed their tile onto a 4’ x 5’ branded mosaic wall

At the same time, we built a live virtual mosaic website that was projected on the main stage — allowing attendees to watch the image form in real time as participation grew.

The activation wasn’t an add-on.

It became a central visual element of NCCI Week 2026.

Impact and Results

Ongoing Engagement Over 3 Days

The activation maintained visibility and momentum across the entire conference, not just a single session window.

Tangible Unity

Each individual tile represented a person. Together, they formed a larger branded image — directly reflecting the “Together As One” message.

Accessible Participation

Our Roamer Booth model reduced friction and maximized reach within a large-scale corporate environment.

Executive-Level Recognition

NCCI CEO Tracy Ryan acknowledged the mosaic experience during the event, reinforcing its cultural and organizational impact.

The Bigger Picture

For enterprise organizations, culture initiatives can sometimes feel intangible.

At NCCI Week 2026, participation became visible.

418 employees didn’t just attend the meeting — they contributed to a shared visual legacy that represented unity, collaboration, and collective strength.
